Booking Policy
Please review the policy before submitting your booking request.
01 — DEPOSIT
Bad Girl Brows operates by appointment only.
A non-refundable deposit of ₩70,000 is required to secure a brow appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
02 — RESCHEDULING
You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 3 days’ notice.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the appointment.
03 — LATE ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time. Arrivals 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time may be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
If you expect to be late, please contact me as soon as possible.
04 — PREVIOUS PMU
If you have previous eyebrow PMU from another artist, please let me know when booking.
Please send clear, unfiltered photos of your current brows without makeup so I can assess the existing pigment before confirming your treatment.
Depending on the color, saturation, and shape of the previous work, removal may be recommended before new PMU.
05 — TOUCH-UPS
A complimentary first touch-up is available within 2 months of your initial brow appointment.
Touch-ups are optional and subject to availability.
Missed or cancelled touch-up appointments may require a rebooking fee.
06 — RESULTS
PMU results and pigment retention vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, skincare, healing, and aftercare.
Healed results vary from person to person, and exact pigment retention cannot be guaranteed.
Following the aftercare instructions carefully will help support the best possible healed result.
