The brows may suddenly appear very light. As the skin continues healing:
The pigment gradually becomes visible again and the color deepens slightly.Around 4 weeks:
The final healed color and overall result can be evaluated.
01 — FIRST 3 DAYS
Some redness and swelling are normal and usually fade within a few hours.
Keep your brows clean and dry for the first 3 days. Avoid touching the brows, and keep water, sweat, makeup and skincare products off the area.
Avoid alcohol and smoking for the first 24 hours.
Your brows may look significantly darker and more defined at first. This is normal.
From day 4, you may gently wash your face and brows, but do not rub the brow area.
If your brows feel very dry, apply only a tiny amount of the provided aftercare cream.
Avoid heavy sweating, swimming, saunas, baths and tanning until the scabs have naturally fallen away.
02 — PEELING & HEALING
Scabbing and peeling usually begin during the first week and may continue for up to 2 weeks.
Do not scratch, rub or pick the scabs. Allow them to fall away naturally, as removing them prematurely may affect pigment retention.
Avoid makeup, creams, sheet masks and skincare products directly on the brows until peeling has finished.
After the scabs fall away, your brows may suddenly look much lighter. This is a normal part of the healing process.
03 — HEALED RESULTS
The final result is usually visible around 4 weeks after treatment.
Healed brows will generally look softer, slightly lighter and more natural than they did immediately after the procedure.
Some areas may heal lighter than others. A touch-up can be used to refine the result if needed.
A complimentary first touch-up is available within 2 months of your initial brow appointment.
04 — LONG-TERM CARE
To help your brows retain their color for longer, protect them from excessive sun exposure and use SPF around the brow area once fully healed.
Frequent exfoliation, retinoids, acids, strong skincare treatments and repeated facial treatments over the brow area may cause the pigment to fade more quickly.
Allow your brows to fade naturally and schedule a refresher only when you feel the color or definition needs to be renewed.
